#EldarSociety Eldar Society: Warband Chapters

Chapters are a representation of the Warband on a local level.

To form a Chapter a group of interested players need a minimum of five. These five starting players are automatically made Citizens and would not need to perform their Per-Eldarship.

Every chapter is responsible for organising their own Chapter's four-month Per-Eldarships beyond that.
If their are more than five starting members, they must decide amongst themselves who the five Citizens are.
The rest begin as Per-Eldar and must work their Per-Eldarship.

After 5 members have been organised they are to inform The Magistrate and ICano so as to begin the process of starting up the Chapter. The creation of the Chapter will need to be passed as a Motion within The Assembly of Representatives.

Players who wished to start the Chapters are required to have fielded with another Eldar Chapter, preferably the 1st.
This is so the new Chapter can be taught the basics of how the Eldar operate and perform on and off field.
This allows for members from any Chapter to immediately fall into procedure when visiting a foreign Chapter.

A new Chapter will be gifted with a Certificate of Federation to represent them being part of Eldar.
Each new Chapter will also be gifted with a Legion number to identify
them.
